Key Responsibilities
Provide clients with exceptional customer experience and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Manage day-to-day service delivery in collaboration with internal teams
Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in an account management or customer service supporting role
Ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders effectively
Experience with MS Excel data analysis tools preferred but not required
Experience with MS Suite of tools preferred but not required
Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies is a plus
