Title : Developer

Location : Houston, TX (Onsite)

Employment Type : Contract - 6 months

Compensation

Pay Range : $36.99-$54.40 per Hr

Description

  • Focus on advancing automation and robotic technologies in the oil and gas sector.
  • Design, develop, and deploy robotic control systems for drilling operations.
  • Work in challenging environments primarily in the land drilling sector.
  • Integrate sensors and control systems for autonomous operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams for prototyping and testing.
  • Conduct field trials and validation tests in simulated and live environments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robotic systems tailored for drilling and pipe-handling applications.
  • Integrate control systems for autonomous drilling and data acquisition.
  • Collaborate with teams to prototype and test control solutions.
  • Develop software for real-time control and remote operation of platforms.
  • Conduct field trials and validation tests in various environments.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize systems for safety and efficiency.
  • Document engineering processes and test results.

    • Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and developing robotic systems.
  • Proficiency in integrating sensors and control systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the industry.
