The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando are looking for their next Assistant Director of Loss Prevention! These two one-of-a-kind luxury properties boast 12 different dining outlets over 100000 square feet in meeting space and over 1500 guest rooms most of which have been recently renovated.

This strategic leader will report to the Director of Loss Prevention and be responsible for developing implementing and managing programs that ensure the safety of our guests team members and assets - while maintaining the welcoming polished environment that defines Hilton.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of two years hotel security management experience leading a team of both hourly officers and multiple supervisors.

What will I be doing

As the Assistant Director of Loss Prevention you will assist the Director in leading all aspects of safety and security for these complexed properties. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

Assists and acts in absence of the Director of Security to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the property.

Trains team members and ensures full compliance with all corporate guidelines and local state and federal laws and regulations regarding emergency management loss prevention safety and security.

Interviews trains supervises counsels schedules and evaluates staff.

Serves as liaison with local law enforcement and leads investigations of accidents thefts property loss etc.

Writes and assists in the administration and accuracy of all required reports and documentation. #LI-GL1
