A company is looking for a Client Service Manager responsible for account stewardship and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer inquiries and outages, routing them to appropriate teams for resolution
Maintain visibility into customer networks and provide proactive technical solutions
Coordinate with technical teams on outage analysis and communicate impacts to customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
5-7 years of relevant work experience
In-depth knowledge of telephony and network infrastructure
Experience in customer service and account management
Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
