Sr. Business Analyst

Location : Peachtree Corners, GA

12 month contract

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing technology team supporting a portfolio of leading theme parks and attractions. Our mission is to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that enhance the guest experience and streamline business operations.

In this role, you’ll serve as a bridge between business and technology teams—translating ideas into actionable requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring that technology solutions deliver real business value. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in business analysis, exceptional communication and facilitation skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as Business Analyst on multiple initiatives, supporting projects from discovery and planning through implementation and delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional technical teams to prioritize and analyze backlogs for sprint planning and execution.
• Interpret and evaluate business rules and workflows, anticipate requirements, uncover improvement areas, and design practical, scalable solutions.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and future-state designs using business process modeling techniques.
• Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly across both business and technical audiences.
• Develop frameworks, process maps, and data flow diagrams to align stakeholders and drive clarity.
• Define test scenarios, create test scripts, and support user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Ensure adherence to established project lifecycle processes and maintain traceability between business requirements and project deliverables.
• Provide light project management support as needed.
