Receptionist

Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, First Shift 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm

Pay Rate : $21-$25 per hour

Location : San Jose, CA

Experience : 6+ months of Receptionist experience

We are excited to share a new opportunity! We are currently in need of an experienced Receptionist / Front Desk Representative for a bona fide top employer in this market!

Receptionist Responsibilities to include :

Be the first point of contact and greet guests

Process customer inquiries in person, by phone, or email

Complete tasks in a timely manner

Answer multiple phone lines

Escalate issues to the designated resource

Receptionist Preferred Skills include :

Recent experience in a receptionist position

Possess strong multitasking and organization skills

Must have a customer service mindset

Must work well under pressure

Willing to cross-train when needed

Receptionist Requirements include :

Ability to provide 2 professional references

Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen

Willingness to take skills assessments as needed
