Real Estate Leasing Associate Attorney — Partner Track

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Leasing Associate Attorney to join a national, full-service law firm on a partner-track basis in Minneapolis.

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate matters across the country within a collaborative transactional practice group. The ideal candidate will bring :

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law

Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial leasing and financing agreements

Strong contract drafting, deal management, and client communication skills

Excellent writing ability , meticulous attention to detail, and strong academic credentials

Compensation

Base salary range : $225,000 – $280,000

Comprehensive compensation package including productivity and discretionary bonuses, health and disability coverage, life insurance, and 401(k)
