A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to lead the maintenance, configuration, and implementation of Human Resources Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and configure HR systems in alignment with business requirements
Lead HRIS-related projects, including system conversions and new technology rollouts
Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders on project status and progress
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
Hands-on experience as a Rippling Administrator
Proven track record leading or contributing to at least one HRIS conversion project using Rippling
Basic project management experience with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience working in agile environments; familiarity with Jira is a plus
