Chief Financial Officer - Remote

SNI Financial has been engaged by a leading Private Equity roll‑up platform seeking a hands‑on, execution‑driven CFO to join senior leadership as a result of rapid growth. The role owns all financial operations, drives M&A integration discipline, and builds scalable infrastructure across a rapidly growing multi‑entity portfolio. This position offers significant influence, autonomy, and long‑term value creation for executives with deep PE‑backed, multi‑acquisition experience.

This comes with a generous base salary + bonus + equity in the business. ~25% travel EST.

Location & Compensation

Boston, MA $200,000.00-$300,000.00

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive finance leadership, ideally in PE‑backed environments
• Proven roll‑up experience managing 5+ entities and scaling from ~$50M to $200M+
• At least 15+ post‑close integrations into a master ERP (non‑negotiable)
• Strong construction, HVAC, or project‑based accounting experience
• Early‑stage company experience; ability to build processes, controls, and reporting from scratch
• Experience leading audits across multiple subsidiaries
• Strong stakeholder management : founders, acquired leadership teams, lenders, and PE partners
• CPA preferred
