About the Role

As a Senior CAD Technician in Construction Surveying, the candidate will be responsible for drafting detailed topographic and construction survey plans, working closely under the direction of the Survey Manager. This role involves translating field data into precise CAD drawings, creating boundary surveys, topographic maps, and construction layouts that align with project specifications and standards. The technician will ensure all plans are accurate and meet project requirements, supporting field teams in making informed, data-driven decisions throughout the construction process. Collaboration with surveyors and project managers is essential to maintain alignment on project goals and timelines. This is a fulltime onsite position, you will be required to work 5 days in office.

Essential Functions :

• Drafting and preparing topographic and construction survey plans.
• Collaborating with the Survey Manager to ensure accurate plan preparation.
• Calculating layout information and preparing files for field crews.
• Performing survey data processing, 3D modelling and volume calculations.
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients as needed.
