About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and a passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences. This individual will play a critical role in scaling our Sales and Go-to-Market teams while partnering closely with hiring managers across the organization. You'll thrive here if you're data-informed, deeply curious, and genuinely excited to inspire talent to join a mission-driven, high-growth tech company.
Role Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, from sourcing to offer stage
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools like Ashby, and other sourcing methods
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and deliver effective hiring strategies
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, acting as a transparent, empathetic, and inspiring representative of the company
- Use data to track and improve recruiting processes, optimize pipeline health, and drive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech environment
