HR Representative

Location : Preferably based in Houston, TX

Employment Type : Part-Time (approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours)

About the Role :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven HR Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our hiring team by creating and maintaining talent reports and visual dashboards. Your work will help us better understand our recruitment pipeline, track progress, and make informed hiring decisions.

What You’ll Do :

Develop and maintain reports that visualize the recruitment pipeline and hiring metrics

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure data accuracy and usability

Identify trends and opportunities to improve the hiring process

Support broader HR initiatives as needed

What You’ll Bring :

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Experience with HR or recruiting data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or ATS reporting)

Excellent communication and organizational skills
