Tasks and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, social media, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide guidance and support to customers regarding service-related issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Inform customers about current promotional events and service offerings.
• Handle all inbound communication. No outbound or cold-calling required.
• Work in rotating shifts to support market-specific business hours (morning : 09 : 0017 : 45, afternoon : 13 : 1522 : 00).
• Maintain accurate and clear documentation of customer interactions in internal systems.
