Role Overview:
As a Customer Relations Representative with our State Farm agency, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences that support the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and genuine desire to help others make you a great fit for this position. You will develop your career by addressing customer inquiries, collaborating with team members, and anticipating the needs of the community we serve.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain customer relationships with timely follow-up as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
  • Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers about their insurance options.
  • Use clear and effective communication to meet customer needs while supporting agency growth.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Ability to relate effectively to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to assist customers and work with the agency team.
