Receptionist

Job Title

Receives callers and visitors at the establishment, determines nature of business, and directs callers and visitors to correct destination. Also, provides general administrative and clerical support as needed.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for answering and placing telephone calls, operating company switchboard, and notifying appropriate parties of arriving calls, customers and/or visitors
2. Provides administrative support including but not limited to typing, filing, copying, and coordinating calendars
3. Greets customers, vendors, job applicants and other visitors in a courteous, friendly and timely manner
4. Sorts and routes mail, correspondence, packages, and messages for timely delivery to appropriate party
5. Coordinates meetings and organizes catering
6. Performs all other duties as assigned by management
7. Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
8. Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
9. Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
10. Performs all other duties as assigned by management
11. Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy

Education

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred

Experience

• Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience

Pay Range & Benefits

$34,652.80 - $57,766.22 Annually

The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
