A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Medical Records Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and prepare medical records for insurance claim review

Verify documentation accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

Generate reports on medical records submissions and assist in process improvement

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in health information management, medical billing, or related field preferred

Two to four years of experience in medical records management or billing

Strong understanding of medical records documentation and insurance billing processes

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and billing software

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
