Good communication skills. Ability to interpret work instructions. Ability to work independently or in a team. Must be able to lift 40 - 80 lbs. without assistance. Must be able to stand on feet for the entire duration of work shift. The position is in a factory with exposure to noise, smells, and temperate fluctuations.

Summary / Objective : The Shipping / Loader Associate performs duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, as well as delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities :
- Complete shipments by processing and loading orders
- Schedule, move, weigh, stock, receive and pack inbound and / or outbound warehouse products
- Load and unload trucks.
- Bring raw materials to the work center.
- Assist in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts.
- Ensure correct labeling, packaging and inventory.
- Inspect for damaged products.
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
- Adhere to standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
