A company is looking for a RevOps Manager to oversee the efficiency and technical infrastructure of its commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and architect the internal HubSpot portal and integrated tech stack
Create and maintain comprehensive SOPs and flowcharts for the "quote-to-cash" process
Design and build complex sales workflows to reduce administrative burdens on the sales team
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in RevOps or Sales Ops, preferably in B2B SaaS or Professional Services
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
Mastery of HubSpot as a super-admin with experience in backend API limits and advanced workflow logic
High fluency in Excel / Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting
Understanding of sales forecasting methodologies and pipeline velocity
