Salary : $18–$21 / hour

Sign On bonus : $1,000 after 90 days of employment

Location : Arvada, CO

Schedule : Monday – Friday, (No weekends)

The Learning Experience in Arvada is hiring a caring and dedicated Infant Teacher to nurture, comfort, and inspire our youngest learners in a warm and loving environment. If you have a passion for early childhood care and want to help babies grow, learn, and feel safe — this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
  • Support each child’s growth through responsive care, tummy time, and sensory play
  • Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules
  • Communicate warmly and consistently with families to build trust and connection
  • Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum® designed for infants
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom

    • Colorado Requirement

    Must hold a Level 2 or higher on the Colorado PDIS. Infant / Toddler or Pyramid Plus Certification is a strong plus. (Verification required prior to hire.)
