Department Overview MVRecovery is the Skip Tracing, Forwarding, and Impound division of MVTrac / MVConnect, a Motorola Solutions Company. We are a full-service recovery operation, connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. Our technology is nothing without the people behind it. We are seeking an experienced Impound Coordinator who is assigned to actively work with field agents and impound locations to secure these units for our clients.

Job Description We are searching for an Impound Coordinator to work assignments within our fast-paced environment. The qualified individual will be involved in bailing out collateral nationally. The successful recovery of assets will be completed by utilizing our proprietary systems and having discussions directly with the impound lots, agents, and clients. The Impound Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining customer service, updating designated accounts, as well as communicating with our clients throughout the lifecycle of each account. In addition, the Impound Coordinator will also be responsible for facilitating a property damage appraisal as standalone or part of the MVR process (Monitor / Verify / Recover). This involves coordinating with the designated appraisal vendor, storage facilities, clients, and third parties to ensure timely and accurate inspections. Additionally, will be responsible for the documentation, reporting, and efficient resolution for the client on determination of total loss or impound bailout decisions. The responsibilities of this position are performed 100% via computer- it does not require field work or travel. The ideal candidate for this position must be persistent, assertive, detail oriented and thrive under high priority situations. Strong and assertive phone skills with ability to give clear and concise direction Working knowledge of websites and protocol involving Impounds and state requirements Strong multi-tasking and organization skills Experience with collateral repossession Collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, credit experience would be beneficial High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications Target Base Salary Range : $38,300 - 61,200 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Basic Requirements High School Diploma or GED AND 1+year of experience in one of the following : Impound Services, Record Coordination, Collateral Bailouts, Asset Recovery, Recovery Operation, Skip Tracing, Repossessions, Property Damage Appraisals, Account Management, Customer Service, Public Safety, Reporting, Collections, Credit or Military experience. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
