A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to estimate and refine future work

Regularly report on team progress and health

Manage team members to improve and maintain high performance and morale

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of people management experience

At least 5 years of engineering experience

At least 2 years of experience with primary technologies (.NET, C#, React, etc.)

Experience with legacy Angular / AngularJS and Microsoft SQL

Familiarity with hybrid Azure / Colo environments
