Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients based on individual needs.

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions while communicating changes to the care team.

Administer medications and treatments as ordered and ensure patient understanding and safety.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teammates to coordinate and support patient care plans.

Educate patients and families on care needs, discharge planning, and health management.
