Sr. Scientist / Principal Scientist, ADME / PK

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced scientist in ADME / PK to join our growing research team. This role is crucial for driving the in vitro and in vivo evaluation of our therapeutic candidates, with a focus on understanding the pharmacokinetics, metabolism, bioavailability and optimal dosing regimen for novel compounds. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ADME / PK principles in drug discovery and experience with DMPK testing in animal models. This hands‑on role will require working in the lab, as well as designing studies to help guide company strategy as it relates to advancement of our drug discovery pipeline.

Key Responsibilities :

• Independently design and conduct studies (both internally and externally via CROs) to assess the ADME properties (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion), Pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of drug candidates using various in vitro and animal models.
• Develop detailed experimental protocols and manage the review / approval process with IACUC.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including medicinal chemists and biologists, to integrate DMPK data into the broader drug discovery and development process.
• Work collaboratively with Bioanalytics and in vivo Biology team on design, execution, and data analysis.
