Under the direction of the ­­main installer, the assistant is responsible for helping in the completion of tasks directed.

Will assist in kitchen cabinet fabrication and / or kitchen cabinet installation, cabinet repairs, cabinet refinishing. This includes but not limited to construction demolition, tracking time accurately, returning unused materials, and keeping jobsite clean.

Major Responsibilities :

• Job site cleaned, tools setup / put away and job site locked up daily
• Assist Installers or Lead Installers in basic tasks
• Keep shop and container organized
• Complete maintenance on shop vehicles and keep clean
• Accurately track time and tags daily
• Have 100% safety standards on all job sites

Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge :

No previous experience required

Physically capable of manual labor

Follow verbal direction

Work well with others

Own transportation to and from job site

Clean DMV record and valid Drivers license

Able to read, write and speak English or / and Spanish (bilingual is a plus)

Able to complete task list in the order given
