Job Title : Machine Operator

📍 Location : Bettendorf, IA

💵 Pay Rate : $21.50 / hour

🕒 Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (Rotating schedule : 2 on / 2 off, 3 on / 3 off)

Job Summary :

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Third Shift Machine Operators. This role involves operating machinery to produce plastic-based products such as containers and bottle caps. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to grow within a culture-focused company.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and monitor product changeovers
• Respond to machine alarms and unusual sounds
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Minimize scrap and ensure product accuracy
• Track cycle times and compare to standards
• Complete production line documentation

Qualifications :

Prior experience operating machinery preferred (e.g., injection molding, CNC, manual machines)

High school diploma or GED required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50 / hr.
