What We're Looking For Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. Experience : One year, preferred. Licensure / Certification : Completion of NA I and NA II programs, required. NA Registry as NA I in good standing. Current NA II certification with state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
