(USA) Asset Protection Operations Coach

Job Title

Position Summary : Drives sales and leads teams effectively by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, teaching and training associates, and modeling exceptional customer service. Manages loss prevention, safety, and claims operations, and ensures compliance with company policies.

What You'll Do : Oversees the stocking and rotation of merchandise, sets up product displays, and secures fragile items. Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback. Demonstrates exceptional customer service standards and provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates. Controls the unexplained loss of merchandise and improves profitability by identifying performance goals and implementing control corrections.

Minimum Qualifications : Completion of 2 years of college or equivalent experience. Successful completion of state requirements to work in asset protection. Acquisition of a current, state issued Certificate of Eligibility if applicable. Successful completion of criminal background check and / or firearms authorized training if applicable. Attendance and completion of all job-required trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, Certification in an asset protection related field, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, Investigative experience, Bachelors : Business, Bachelors : Criminal Justice.
