Assistant Food & Beverage Outlet Manager

We are looking for talented people who will celebrate the fabric of our city and take pride in providing amazing guest service. Showing our guests and visitors an authentic Milwaukee experience, one that merges modern style and sophisticated comfort with pure Wisconsin hospitality.

Daily Operations & Guest Experience

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all food & beverage outlets, ensuring efficiency and a positive guest experience
  • Maintain personal contact with guests and community clients to foster relationships and guest loyalty
  • Maintain high service and product quality by implementing procedures, addressing deficiencies, and taking corrective action

Team Leadership

  • Supervise food & beverage team, supporting recruitment, training, scheduling, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards throughout all F&B operations

    • Inventory & Reporting

  • Assist with ordering, receiving, and physical inventory of all F&B products
  • Monitor controls for supplies, keys, money handling, and credit transactions
  • Complete accurate and timely F&B reporting, including banquet reconciliation, tickets, and PMS postings

    • Qualifications

  • Three or more years of food & beverage experience
  • Strong leadership and a professional image
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse
