Our client is a growing regional law firm that is looking to expand their Trusts and Estates practice group. Interested candidates should have at least 8 years of trusts and estates experience. A PA and NJ Bar admission is required. Individual can work from Philadelphia or South Jersey office.

Candidate's should have specific experience in :

• Orphan’s Court (some Surrogate Court experience is preferred)
• Special Needs Trusts / Irrevocable Trusts
• Estate Administration
• Estate Planning (preferred, but not required)
• Accountings
• Inheritance Tax / Estate Tax / Personal Tax

Excellent benefits and compensation package. Compensation will be based on years of experience.
