Director of Pediatric Services
Location : Berkeley, CA
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
Salary : $300,000–$310,000 per year
About the Role :
We are hiring a Director of Pediatric Services to provide strategic and clinical direction for a growing pediatrics department in Berkeley, CA. Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, this physician leader will oversee pediatric operations, set standards of care, and guide initiatives that improve outcomes for children in underserved communities.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead a team of pediatric providers and clinical staff with clear expectations and regular feedback
- Design and implement protocols, care pathways, and quality benchmarks
- Use EHR data and health statistics to evaluate performance and refine services
- Ensure care is culturally concordant and responsive to the needs of Black families and the broader community
- Participate as a key voice on the medical leadership team for department-wide planning and innovation
