Financial Due Diligence Manager

As a Financial Due Diligence Manager, you'll focus on middle-market transactions, serving dynamic organizations with experienced professionals who bring a full range of advisory services to validate, optimize, and create value for the transaction advisory practice all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. Your day-to-day may include :

• Manage financial due diligence professionals on buy-side and sell-side transactions for our client base which includes corporate clients, private equity groups, and commercial lenders
• Manage engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle and coordinate other grant thornton capabilities by leveraging the expertise of other service lines, cross-functional teams, and international colleagues as needed
• Plan, execute, direct, and complete financial due diligence for financial and corporate strategic buyers from a variety of industries
• Examine & analyze client data to identify key trends, quality of earnings adjustments, and net working capital impacts
• Draft reports to socialize our findings around quality of earnings, networking capital, and business performance along with insights around the key financial and business issues in a transaction
• Manage client expectations concerning timing, progress, deliverables, deadlines, and lead change efforts effectively
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Team with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development calls
• Recruit, manage, mentor, and train senior associates and associates
• Assess performance of senior associates and associates for engagement and year-end reviews
• Other duties as assigned

The base salary range for this position in the firms Los Angeles, CA office is between $138,200 and $207,400. The base salary range for this position in the firms San Francisco, CA office is between $147,200 and $220,800. The base salary range for this position in the firms Denver, CO office is between $128,000 and $192,000. The base salary range for this position in the firms Chicago, IL office is between $128,000 and $192,000. The base salary range for this position in the firms New York, NY office is between $138,200 and $207,400. The base salary range for this position in the firms Boston, MA office is between $138,200 and $207,400.
