Strategic Project Manager

A company is looking for a Strategic Project Manager to oversee project execution aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Support planning, execution, and monitoring of University-wide projects, maintaining detailed project plans and tracking success metrics

Champion the use of Asana for project planning and reporting, ensuring accurate updates and transparency

Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and proactively identify project risks and resource gaps

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated success in project management across cross-functional teams

Proficiency in project planning tools, with preference for experience in Asana

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments

Bachelor's degree required

Experience with operational teams and understanding of best practices in higher education preferred
