Team Overview :

We're seeking a Senior Business Systems Engineer with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of our business applications ecosystem.

In this role, you'll serve as the technical and functional owner for D365 F&O, partnering with stakeholders to improve financial, supply chain, and operational processes. You'll extend the value of D365 through integration, automation, and pragmatic AI tools — driving scalable, efficient systems that evolve with the business. By connecting technical depth with business insight, you'll simplify operations and empower teams to work smarter, not harder.

What You Will Do :

Application Programming & Technical Ownership

Lead hands-on technical and operational ownership of D365 F&O, including architecture, configuration, and integration with other enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, HRMS, PLM, and analytics tools)

• Design, develop, and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and automation tools to extend system functionality and improve business efficiency
• Analyze existing code, configuration, and processes to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and stability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues, ensuring minimal business disruption and maintaining system reliability
• Collaborate with internal developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders to define, test, and deploy changes

The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.

The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $126,100 - $189,200 . Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
