Job Title : Technical Support Specialist

Salary Range : $50000 - $60000 per year

Job Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to customers through various channels such as phone email and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the conversational AI platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Document and track customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system.
Assist in testing new software releases and providing feedback to the product development team.
Train customers on using the conversational AI platform effectively.

Essential Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.

1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Desired Experience :

Experience in providing technical support for AI-powered platforms.

Certifications in relevant technical fields.

Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools.

Experience in training end-users on software applications.
