Small, well-established private operator seeking a Lease / Title Analyst to join a growing team to support operating and non operating assets. This is an opportunity for growth and development.

Responsibilities :

• Inputting documents and maintaining the land database
• Analyze contracts and leases
• Manage monthly rentals, royalties, and payments
• Title analysis
• Verify payment of obligations
