Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist dedicated to upholding and enhancing our commitment to safety, compliance, and service excellence. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations meet regulatory standards and exceed customer expectations across all aviation support functions.

Responsibilities include :

• Conduct internal audits of operational processes, safety protocols, and documentation.
• Prepare for and support external audits by regulatory bodies such as FAA, TSA, and IATA.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local aviation regulations.
• Monitor compliance with company SOPs, safety management systems (SMS), and quality manuals.
• Investigate non-conformities and incidents.
• Develop and track corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs).
• Assist in training staff on quality standards, safety procedures, and compliance updates.
• Serve as a resource for operational teams on QA best practices.
• Maintain accurate QA records, audit findings, and compliance reports.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on quality metrics and trends.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $38.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
