Launch Driver

Join us for a fun summer on Marblehead Harbor where you will work with a great team and wonderful club members! We are looking for experienced Launch Drivers for our 2025 season. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, energetic, and possess a passion for exceeding members' expectations.

Position responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to :

• Drive launches to transport passengers from the CYC dock to and from their boats
• Assist members and guests with other duties as requested including towing boats, moving mooring buoys, and jump-starting batteries
• Arrange guest moorings based on vessel and availability, and collect mooring fees
• Inspect, load, fire, and clean exterior of cannons performing morning and evening color guard (safe, pre-made shell, must be comfortable with loud sounds)
• USCG Launch Tenders license (valid and must be maintained in good standing)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• This position is accountable to US Coast Guard regulations and includes random drug testing.

Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts (Memorial Day, July 4th, August 10th, and Labor Day) are required.

Hourly pay starting at $20 / hour, based on experience.
