Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional dining experiences by greeting guests, serving food, and processing payments at the cash register.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Adhere to Operations Standards and Safety Procedures to serve high-quality food.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotating through different positions - front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun and positive setting.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic and helpful team members are encouraged to apply.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school education preferred.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local regulations, acquired at your expense.

ADA Statement:

While working, counter areas may be hot with steam and food vapors. Employees are typically expected to remain standing for long periods. Tasks include preparing hot and cold foods, using kitchen equipment, and working quickly and accurately under pressure. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and reach across 36-inch counters to serve customers. A fast-paced environment requires effective verbal communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management abilities.
