Title : Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation
Location : Florence, SC
Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Day shift, 5x8 hours (08 : 00 – 16 : 30)
Job Responsibilities \t
Provide inpatient physical therapy services in a hospital-based rehabilitation setting
\t

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
\t
\t
Deliver therapeutic interventions consistent with inpatient rehab standards of care
\t
\t
Perform ongoing reassessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
\t
\t
Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record
\t
\t
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
\t
\t
Participate in scheduled weekend coverage as required
\t
Required Skills & Requirements \t
Active South Carolina or multistate compact Physical Therapist license at the start of the contract
\t
\t
BLS certification
\t
\t
Minimum of 1 year of inpatient or rehabilitation physical therapy experience
\t
\t
Prior travel experience required
\t
\t
Ability to work in a hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation environment
\t
\t
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
\t
\t
Willingness to work one weekend per month
\t
Preferred Skills & Experience \t
Experience in inpatient rehabilitation units
\t
\t
Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system
\t
\t
Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary hospital teams
\t
\t
Flexibility to assist with patient care needs during holidays if required
