A company is looking for a Scheduler - Home Health Weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Schedules patients for visit plans to ensure continuity of care
Monitors clinician efficiency and staffing levels, reporting deficiencies to management
Processes incoming referrals and documents updates on patient care and scheduling adjustments
Required Qualifications
Must be a High School graduate
Demonstrates strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
Works well in a collaborative team environment
Adapts to changing schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Maintains patient and employee confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
