Call Center Representative

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Representatives for a Heart Monitoring Call Center. This center provides 24 / 7 / 365 support to patients, so strong attendance, professionalism, and accuracy are essential. This role is a potential temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who demonstrate excellent performance. Requirements include :

• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Provides critical support to patients around the clock, so representatives must demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong attention to detail.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Assist patients with heart monitoring questions, concerns, and device troubleshooting
• Document calls with a high level of accuracy
• Follow established protocols for escalations and clinical concerns
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduled shifts
• Communicate clearly and calmly in stressful or urgent situations
• Work both independently and as part of a floor team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
• Must be dependable and comfortable assisting patients
