Dental Hygienist

Full-Time or Part-Time Position

Reports to : Clinical Director

Position Summary :

• Performs dental hygiene duties to promote quality dental care for our patients in a stress-free, safe environment.
• Provides effective oral hygiene instruction, scaling, prophylaxis, conducts x-rays (DEXIS), documentation, patient and parent education.
• Follows universal precautions, OSHA and HIPAA requirements to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Stocks and maintains office, equipment and inventory.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to withstand many hours of standing, walking, stooping, bending, and sitting. Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and adequate vision required in daily work.
