A company is looking for an Operations Support Lead to enhance operational efficiency and member experience.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and improve best practice methods for Operations Support and coordinate personnel activities

Own project work plans, implement risk tracking, and publish status updates for multiple initiatives

Analyze operational changes and propose solutions that balance member experience, efficiency, and risk

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a customer service or operations environment with international stakeholders

Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes

Proven ability to create executive-ready narratives that influence stakeholders

Advanced data skills for complex data aggregation and visualization (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau)

Experience coordinating activities and defining methods for new initiatives
