Mortgage Loan Processor - Loan Document Specialist

Position Overview :

The role involves performing key administrative tasks related to mortgage processing, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of loan documents and third-party orders. The candidate will support the loan process by maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute routine data entry and validation of loan-related information.
• Coordinate and initiate third-party service requests, including title searches, appraisals, hazard and flood insurance certifications, credit checks, and more.
• Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of loan documents.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Monitor and manage work queues, taking appropriate action as needed to ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with team members and perform additional duties as required.
• Uphold and promote organizational values and culture through exemplary behavior.
