The Role

The Commercial Training And Development Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving scalable and sustainable learning programs across the North American Commercial organization. This role blends strategic program development with direct facilitation and coaching, ensuring associates and leaders are equipped to succeed in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

This position reports to the Commercial Excellence & Learning and Development Manager and is part of the Commercial Excellence team and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Design and deliver scalable, competency-based learning programs that support onboarding, immersion, and ongoing development across the commercial organization.
• Facilitate engaging, results-oriented training experiences in both virtual and in-person settings, while coaching associates and collaborating with managers to reinforce learning.
• Serve as the local LMS Learning Lead, managing content, assignments, and learning pathways aligned with global standards and business objectives.
• Continuously assess training effectiveness and identify skill gaps through feedback loops, needs assessments, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Lead program planning and improvement efforts by prioritizing initiatives, applying critical thinking, and championing a culture of continuous learning and customer focus.

The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
