A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative to assist callers with information and support.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from consumers and document inquiries according to established protocols
Facilitate caller requests for materials and transfer consumers to appropriate entities as needed
Attend meetings and training sessions while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of programs and systems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required with 0-6 months of relevant experience
Fluency in English and a specified secondary language, preferably Spanish
Six months of customer service experience
Good computer navigation skills
A quiet and distraction-free work area
