Shift : Evenings

Pay : $19.67 - $25.57 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

As a Lead Phlebotomist, you will guide and support a team of professionals by exhibiting advanced knowledge and fostering a collaborative work environment. Your leadership will play a crucial role in optimizing our lab services and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities :

• Perform essential phlebotomy duties including specimen collection, equipment maintenance, clerical tasks, and supporting laboratory processing and point of care testing.
• Contribute to the creation, implementation, and assessment of departmental policies and procedures.
• Mentor and evaluate team members to enhance performance, productivity, and quality management, promoting a culture of teamwork.
• Assist in coordinating services, managing assignments, and facilitating effective problem-solving.
• Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to excel in a fast-paced environment while working with minimal supervision.
