Description

Progressive program providing the regions FIRST structural heart program, including TAVR and Mitral Clip and other advanced interventional procedures.

The candidate must be a polished professional with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with superior bedside manner. This position, located at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado, IL, is full-time with no on-call responsibilities. PSLF eligible opportunity; J1 visa sponsorship available. Fully implemented EMR (Epic) for inpatient and outpatient. As an employee of Deaconess Health System, you will enjoy a highly competitive compensation package (with bonus incentives) (income guarantee of $400K / yr. for first 3 years) and a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Guaranteed Salary : $400,000
  • Additional Quality bonus of $25,000
  • Support of J-1 Visa

    • Bonus : Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
