Job Description
Programming & Partnerships Manager – Luxury Five-Star Hotel
Location : New York City (Financial District, on-site with event-based schedule)
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000 + full benefits
Our client is an ultra high-end, five-star luxury hotel in Lower Manhattan, blending old-world glamour with contemporary culture in a landmark waterfront setting. Think intimate live performances, chef-driven culinary moments, and curated wellness and cultural experiences for a discerning, invitation-only guest and member base. Noor Staffing Group has been retained to hire a Programming & Partnerships Manager to own a world-class calendar of events and collaborations that keep guests and VIPs engaged, inspired, and coming back.
The role
You will be the strategic and creative engine behind the property's programming and partnerships. You will design and execute a year-round calendar of high-touch events and experiences across culture, music, fashion, culinary, wellness, and thought leadership, while building relationships with key partners, brands, and talent in New York and beyond.
What you'll do
Own an annual programming calendar of on-property and occasional off-site events : live music, cultural talks, fashion and art showcases, culinary collaborations, wellness activations, screenings, and more.
Lead end-to-end execution for events : concept, run-of-show, vendor and talent coordination, staffing, on-site presence, and post-event debrief and reporting.
Partner closely with internal teams (guest relations, F&B, hotel operations, spa / wellness, marketing) to ensure every event feels seamless, elevated, and on-brand for a luxury five-star environment.
Identify, pitch, and negotiate strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, galleries, labels, and wellness concepts that bring unique value and access to guests.
Source and secure talent, speakers, performers, and sponsors that fit the property's aesthetic, profile, and operational realities.
Collaborate with marketing on all guest-facing communications for programming (email, app, social, in-property collateral), ensuring tone and visuals reflect a discreet, invitation-only setting.
Oversee RSVPs / guest lists, attendance tracking, and feedback, and translate insights into even better future programming.
Manage programming budgets, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements, balancing experience quality with financial performance.
What we're looking for
3–5+ years in luxury hospitality, high-end event production, cultural programming, or similar, ideally with a strong NYC footprint.
Proven track record curating and executing high-end events and partnerships for a sophisticated, high-profile audience.
Deep network or strong connectivity within New York's arts, culture, fashion, music, and wellness communities.
Polished, confident communicator who can build trust with VIP guests, talent, and senior leadership.
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to run multiple projects and timelines at once without sacrificing quality.
Comfortable with budgets, reporting, and using data / feedback to refine programming strategy.
Proficient with typical event and membership tools (CRM, event platforms, Microsoft Office or similar).
Willing and excited to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays in line with event schedules and peak times.
Who you are
Intuitive sense of taste, style, and discretion; you understand what feels “too commercial” vs. truly special and on-brand for a luxury setting.
Poised and calm under pressure; you can troubleshoot in real time while maintaining a polished guest experience.
Hospitality-driven mindset with a genuine passion for creating memorable, share-worthy experiences.
High integrity, sound judgment, and respect for privacy when working with high-profile guests and partners.
Compensation & benefits
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives.
Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and commuter benefits.
Unique opportunity to shape the cultural heartbeat of a flagship, luxury five-star property on New York City's harborfront.
If this aligns with your background, please send your resume to danieln@noorstaffing.com for confidential consideration.
