This position provides consistent and valuable support to the marketing department management as well as department operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Ability
220 or 20-44 license with a minimum of one year homeowner's insurance experience Excellent verbal and written communication
Prior customer service experience, preferred but not required
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Data entry and working knowledge of computer functionality Proficient in Microsoft Office Proficient in proprietary software (within first 90 days)
Working knowledge of Sales Force preferred but not required Bilingual preferred but not required
